Eliminates performance restrictions imposed on bike via stock ignition timing in lower gears

Eliminates top speed limiter on some bikes (allowing the bikes to exceed 185 mph)
Gear indicator will function normally for gears 1st-5th (will read 5th gear for both 5th and 6th gears)
