Refractometer- A refractometer is a laboratory or field device for the measurement of an index of refraction (refractometry). Evans refractomters are used to measure the final water content of a conversion and uses a Brix scale. The refractometers are most commonly used by fleets or conversion facilities where the conversion kit might not be practical.
