Replaces centrifugal clutch system and boosts performance
Clutch is asymmetric-type torque converter system with asymmetric
sheave faces, this makes it possible to force the belt to a diameter within
the drive clutch (at high rpm) that exceeds the usual 1:1 drive ratio
TAV2 system can actually attain a .90:1 ratio (10 percent overdrive)
Movable sheave face is 18degrees, stationary sheave is 21/2 degree, for a collective angle of 201/2 degree
For use on 3/4in. or 1in. crankshaft diameter 2- and 4-cycle engines with
a maximum of 8 hp
