Converts (3-left & 3-right) Red LED turn signals into running lights, brake lights and sequential turn signals.
STATIC: Once turn signal is pressed, each LED on that side will flash from running light state to brighter, turn signal state before starting the sequence over.
DYNAMIC: Once turn signal is pressed, the LEDs running lights on that side will shut off, then begin to flash from off state to bright, turn signal state before starting the sequence over.
Includes new fender harness if applicable
