Q: Will you ship non C.A.R.B. legal parts to California?

No. You must provide a shipping address outside of California for non-C.A.R.B. legal parts.

Q: Why does the part I’m looking for not look like your photo?

Although we source manufacture direct photos, some manufacturers only support us with generic part or kit images. In this case, inputting your vehicle fitment when applicable will guarantee a proper match. Please be sure to check both the title and description.

Q: Since SoCal Powersports is based in California, do all parts ship from California?

To service the entire country as fast as possible, we have warehouses in many states across the country. The parts you order will ship to you from the closest warehouse with stock.

Q: Does this part fit my vehicle?

We make every effort to include current vehicle fitment directly from respective manufacturers. Parts without fitment are to be assumed universal and may require vehicle modification. For more definitive fitment please feel free to contact us at Support@socalpowersports.com

Q: I’m looking for parts not available on your website. How can I purchase these?

Our part availability is very diverse. With access to most all major powersports manufacturers, your part may be available! Contact us at Support@socalpowersports.com


Shipping & Returns

Q: Shipping is free but how long will the package take to arrive?

Our office is located in San Marcos California but, your order will ship directly from our closest contracted warehouse to you. Although there may be some rare occurrences where an order ships from California to Florida, most packages are in transit for 4 business days.

Please note: We currently service the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii, due to shipping limitations, will need to be be quoted on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact us with either HAWAII QUOTE or ALASKA QUOTE in the subject line at Support@socalpowersports.com. We’ll need to know the part numbers you need and your zip code to calculate freight cost and time in transit. *At this time we are not able to support our international neighbors.

Q: I purchased the wrong part, Help!

Occasionally it happens but don’t stress. You’ve got 30 days to return the part for an exchange or refund. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to the sending your order back. The part, without exception, must be returned unused in the factory packaging. Be sure the part is packaged and padded to prevent transit damage. We like our customers to feel confident that their new and unused part is just that.

Q: I need parts by tomorrow morning! What are my options?

We understand sometimes parts are needed right away. It is Imperative that you contact us PRIOR to finalizing your order. The cost for air freight is substantial but missing a ride is more so. It will depend mainly on your zip code and time of your order as expedited shipping options vary. Contact us right away Support@socalpowersports.com with EXPEDITE REQUEST in the subject line. We’ll need to know the part numbers your are ordering, your zip code, and when you need the parts and we’ll check rate options to fit your delivery timeframe.

Q: How long can I expect to wait for a refund/exchange?

Our returns department generally processes refunds within 24-48 hours after the return delivery. Exchanges can be tricky, but luckily we’ve worked that out during the return authorization. The exchange time frame typically has the same 24-48 hour turnaround. If there is a change in supply prior to the exchange we’ll work out the best option that works for you.

Q: Is my tracking number pre-generated?

We utilize multiple carriers to offer you the lowest cost parts and shipping solution. In cases where multiple carriers are used the tracking number is generated at the point of cross ship. For single carrier solutions, tracking numbers are generated as soon as the package processes. It may not activate, however, until the carrier makes their initial pickup scan.

Q: I just placed my order, how long before it ships?

The sooner we ship your order the sooner you’ll receive your parts. We value your business and strive to encourage to shop with us again. Orders are processed immediately and typically ship the same day if placed before 3pm PST Monday through Friday. Commercial parcel carriers do not pick-up on weekends and major holidays but we prepare your order so that it is ready to go the following business day.
